No. We are an independent repair service, not affiliated with Sub-Zero, Wolf or any manufacturer. Thermador, Gaggenau and Bosch state in their warranty statements that service by an unaffiliated shop does not by itself void the warranty, though defects caused by that work are excluded.
Can you get parts for older units?
Usually. Parts are ordered by model and serial number, so send a photo of the rating plate when you call and we confirm availability before the visit.
